About the firm

Built to make the US-Mexico corridor work for mid-size companies

CalMex C-Commerce was founded on a simple observation: the trade corridor between the United States and Mexico is full of opportunity for mid-size companies, but it is not forgiving of improvisation. Orders stall over incomplete documentation. Fulfillment setups that work domestically fall apart at the border. Companies rarely fail because the market is closed; they stall because nobody on their side owns the details.

We built the firm to own those details. Based in Fort Myers, Florida, CalMex C-Commerce works as a facilitation layer between your business and the cross-border machinery it needs: marketplaces, carriers, warehouses, and regulatory requirements. We do not replace your team. We make the corridor workable for it, coordinating the moving parts so decisions do not sit idle in inboxes on either side of the border.

The firm is led by Ryan Sasser, Principal, who remains directly involved in every engagement rather than handing clients to a rotating bench. That choice shapes how we work: fewer clients at a time, written plans, and status reporting that reads like a briefing rather than a brochure. Our clients are located across Florida and beyond, in the United States and in Mexico, and the practice is built to serve both directions of traffic with the same discipline.

Our approach

Three commitments shape every engagement

01

Clarity

Plain-language scoping, written plans, and status reporting you can actually read. If a requirement is ambiguous, we say so and resolve it before it becomes a problem in transit.

02

Compliance-first

Documentation and regulatory obligations are treated as the foundation of an engagement, not an afterthought. We would rather slow a launch down than shortcut it.

03

Coordination

One accountable point of contact across channels, carriers, and partners. When the moving parts are coordinated by one firm, decisions stop waiting and orders keep moving.

The best way to understand the firm is to talk with it
